The data we hold: Business contact details, Invoicing details, website information, previous and current project details, previous survey details, previous reports and papers. We do not hold any sensitive or special category data.
Retention of data
We retain the data you have provided us with for our records and documentation/invoices unless you have specifically asked us not to. We retain data for up to 7 years in order to ensure we maintain records of our contracts, invoices, proposals and projects.

We collect information about you, if you agree, to keep in touch, to respond to your requests, to deliver your proposals, to process your contracts, to correspond with you and invite you to events or for marketing purposes.
We only share your contact information with agreed JCA consultants in order to respond to you or to deliver on projects.

We will not publish your personal information unless requested or consented to by you for a legitimate reason e.g. a jointly published article or business collaboration.
For networking purposes, you may request that we pass on your details to others. This will only be done based upon a formal request from you.
We will only transfer your information overseas if you or your subsidiaries are based overseas and this has been requested by you.
Marketing Activity
In the future, we may send you invitations to events, information about content and services and other material which may be of interest to you.
If you do not wish to receive marketing contact, we will offer you the option to opt out.
